This hotel is conveniently located near most shops, excellent transportation, and the best sights of this city. We also liked the hotel facilities, such as the gym and room service, and were pleased with the parking arrangements.

The location in a beautiful area near Kirstenbosch and in the leafy suburb of Newlands was absolutely stunning. The hotel's surroundings added to the overall sense of tranquility and relaxation. Moreover, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. From the friendly welcome we received upon arrival to the helpful assistance of the managers and the attentive housekeeping staff, we felt truly valued as guests. The amenities provided in the rooms, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area, added to the comfort of our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered various facilities such as a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a business center, ensuring that all our needs were met during our time here.

our one-night stay at southern sun was a delightful escape from the chaos of the city. the big rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. we left well rested and well fed, ready for our next adventure.

We were attending the ICC T20 World Cup Women's Cricket and couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was just a 5-minute walk from the ground, making it incredibly convenient for us. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. They even packed us a generous bag of food when we had an excursion and would have missed breakfast. The hotel management and staff were amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and exceptional service. Keep it up!

The breakfast and regular menu selection was good, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. The mountain view from the hotel is stunning, and the hotel is conveniently located near key sights in the city. The laundry service was quick and effective.

The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit loud, and the room was a bit overpriced compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel I stayed in during my Easter holiday had a pretty good view from its windows. The location was also quite convenient, being close to some of the major tourist sites. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially when we needed additional towels. Plus, the rooms were spacious and cozy.

The hotel had some serious downsides. First, the breakfast wasn't good enough as we had to wait for a long time just to get our order.
